In the spirit of progress and equality, I’d like to offer a quick racist joke:
Q: Why is Best Buy owned by a black guy?
A: Because when you go inside, you best buy somethin’.

Jay. Kay. I actually teared a little when Obie won. I used to doubt him, but I think he’ll do a great job when all is said and done. His president potential rating (PPR) is off the charts. He won me over with a nice healthy dose of charisma, impeccably fitted suits, well placed stoicisms, and fire pulpit rhetoric. Gg Bama.
Anyway, Circuit City’s closing down. It’s kind of sad. I remember as a wee lad going inside with my pops and buying our first PC with like 1 gig of memory and a free copy of AOL 2.7 with 3 free hours of dial-up internet. It had rad games like Rodent Trap and Minesweeper. I eventually bought Doom.
Personally, I like Circuit City better than Best Buy, if for the sole fact that everyone leaves you the fuck alone. Circuit City is the place you go if you know what you’re going to get, and you GET IT. It’s not as intuitively set up as Best Buy, sure, but it’s quick and efficient if you know what you’re doing. In essence, Best Buy is kind of like using a Mac, while Circuit City is like using a PC– it’s not as fashionable, but if you’re not a noob you can work magic with all your 1337 hax.
R.I.P Circuit City. We had some good times together.

It’d have way less than a gig of mem. Try 8MB. 64 if you’re way rad/rich.
